What counts as a task?
A task is a single prompt-to-completion unit. When you tell Midsphere to "research AI trends and create a report," that's one task — regardless of how many tools, API calls, or steps are involved. Unlike credit-based platforms, you'll never wonder how many credits a task will cost.
Do unused tasks roll over?
Tasks reset weekly on your billing cycle. Unused tasks do not roll over, keeping our pricing simple and predictable. If you consistently need more tasks, consider upgrading to the next tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's benefits until then.
What happens if a task fails?
Failed tasks are refunded automatically. You'll receive a detailed explanation of what went wrong and suggested next steps. Your task count is only consumed on successful completion.
